Peach & cottage cheese salad

Measure Ingredient
24 \N Peach halves
1 quart Cottage cheese
24 \N Prunes cooked and pitted
1 \N Head lettuce shredded

wash lettuce and shred. Place about ¼ cup on a small plate or large serving platter. Top each portion with a peach half, spoon of cottage cheese, and pitted prune.
