¼ cup | Ketchup |
¼ cup | Onion -- finely chopped |
2 teaspoons | Italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon | Garlic powder |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
4 \N | Hamburger buns -- split |
\N \N | Lettuce leaves and tomato optional |
Combine the first six ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Shape into four patties. Grill over medium coals for 4-5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Serve on buns; top with lettuce and tomato if desired.
