¼ cup | Heavy cream |
8 slices | Diced bacon |
1 \N | Finely diced green pepper |
2 \N | Minced green onions |
1 cup | Grated Havarti cheese |
Preheat oven to 400. Bake shells for 15 minutes. Mix eggs with cream.
Fry bacon, add peppers & saute until tender. Pour off half the fat.
Add eggs & green onions; sir until cooked. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Fill shells with egg mixture. Serve at once.
