|5 tablespoons||Full-cream powdered milk|
|½ cup||Sugar, for rolling pastillas|
Boil milk and sugar into a paste. Add butter and powder milk. Mix thoroughly. Rest pastillas until firm enough to handle. Divide into 20 pieces and roll into small cylinder. Roll in sugar and wrap in paper.
