Pasta with uncooked fresh tomatoes vinaigrette

Measure Ingredient
1¾ pounds Firm, vine-ripened tomatoes peeled, cored, halved, seeded, and cut into 1/2\" pieces
3 tablespoons Olive oil
3 tablespoons Lemon juice
1½ tablespoon Fresh basil leaves, shredde
1½ tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
\N \N Freshly ground white pepper
\N \N Cooked pasta

In a mixing bowl, stir together the tomatoes, oil, lemon juice, basil, and parsley. Season to taste with white pepper and let the mixture sit at room temperature, uncovered, for 20 to 30 minutes.

Toss with cooked pasta the moment the pasta has been drained.
