Pasta with chicken and brocoli

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Olive Oil
½ pounds Boneless Chicken Breasts Cut In 1/2 in Strips
1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes
½ pounds Bow Tie Pasta OR small lasagna noodles (Cooked)
2 \N Garlic Cloves, Minced
1½ cup Broccoli Flowerets
1 teaspoon Dried Basil Leaves
¼ cup White Wine
¾ cup Chicken Broth
\N \N Grated Parmesan Cheese

OPTIONAL

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.

Saute garlic for about one minute, stirring constantly. DO NOT BURN. Add the chicken and cook until well done. Add the broccoli and cook until crisp but tender. Add basil; red pepper;salt and pepper to taste; wine and chicken broth.cook for about 5 minutes. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Heat for 1 to 2 min.

Serve. Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
