Parsley sandwiches

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Hard-cooked eggs; grated
½ cup Chopped fresh parsley
8 slices Bacon
1 cup Mayonnaise (up to)
½ teaspoon Onion juice
½ teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
\N \N Sliced bread

Cook & crumble bacon. Set aside. Combine rest of ingredients. Add bacon & spread on bread. Makes 2 dozen sandwiches.
