| 6 | Hard-cooked eggs; grated |
| ½ cup | Chopped fresh parsley |
| 8 slices | Bacon |
| 1 cup | Mayonnaise (up to) |
| ½ teaspoon | Onion juice |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 dash | Pepper |
| Sliced bread |
Cook & crumble bacon. Set aside. Combine rest of ingredients. Add bacon & spread on bread. Makes 2 dozen sandwiches.
