Yield: 1 loaf
Measure | Ingredient |
---|---|
2 cans | Pillsbury buttermilk |
\N \N | . biscuits; 7.5oz |
¼ cup | Salad dressing; ranch flavor |
⅓ cup | Parmesan cheese; grated |
\N \N | Garlic powder; opt |
Preheat the oven to 375øF. Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick spray.
Separate the dough into 20 biscuits. Stretch each biscuit slightly.
Dip one side of each biscuit in the salad dressing, then the Parmesan cheese; fold in half so the filling is inside. Place the biscuits with the fold down in the spray coated pan, forming 4 crosswise rows of 5 biscuits each. Sprinkle any remaining cheese over the top of the biscuits.
Bake at 375øF for about 25 to 35 minutes or until deep golden brown.** Cool for 5 minutes; remove from the pan. Serve warm.
(Garlic powder or minced garlic may be added with the salad dressing for a garlic bread taste for Italian meals.) ** Cover the pan with foil during the last 5 to 10 minutes of baking time if necessary to prevent excessive browning.
