Recipe by: Betty Crocker's New Choice Cookbook Preparation Time: 0:15 Preheat oven at 500. Prepare a loaf pan lined with foil with cooking spray. Move rack to position slightly above middle of oven. Mix remaining ingredients except egg white and parsley. Brush one side of fillet with egg white; dip into bread crumb mixture. Place fillets, coated sides up, in pan. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes or until fillets flake easily with fork.
