Parfait pie

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (3-oz) strawberry gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
1 pint Vanilla ice cream
1 cup Sliced strawberries

Mix together first 3 ingredients & place in refrigerator until mixture thickens. Add strawberries & pour into baked pie shell. Return to refrigerator until ready to serve. (If frozen strawberries are used, drain well.)
