| 3 tablespoons | Butter |
| 1 pounds | Scallops |
| 3 tablespoons | Flour |
| 1 cup | Heavy cream |
| ¼ cup | Sherry |
| 1 tablespoon | Paprika |
| 3 | Minced green onions |
Heat butter in large skillet. Add scallops & saute 5 minutes.
Sprinkle in flour. Cook 2 minutes. Add cream, sherry & paprika.
Reduce heat & simmer 8-10 minutes or until thick. Sprinkle with onions. Serve over fettuccine.
