1½ teaspoon | Ginger |
1 cup | Brown Sugar |
¼ cup | Soy Sauce |
½ teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
½ cup | Pj's Barbecue Sauce |
2 cups | Water |
\N dash | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Black Pepper |
Prepare chicken and place in shallow pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover container and place in refrigerator. Allow to marinate for at least 3 hours or preferably overnight. Turn chicken several times. When ready to cook, remove chicken from marinade and place in uncovered baking pan in preheated 350 F oven for one hour. If preferred, cook on outdoor grill away from flame. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
