Oven-barbecued venison ribs

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Venison ribs
1 x Salt & Pepper
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
16 ounces Tomato sauce
1 x Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard

In a 2-qt. baking dish or roaster arrange ribs. Brush lightly with cooking oil & sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake at 325-350 degrees until fairly well done, turning once. Pour off any juices. Combine vinegar, brown sugar & mustard with tomato sauce & pour over ribs.

Bake until done, basting occasionally with sauce.
