Oven-baked chicken supreme

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine; melted
¼ cup Flour
1 teaspoon Seasoned salt
1 \N Egg; beaten
1 tablespoon Water
¼ cup Packaged dry bread crumbs
¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese
4 \N Boneless skinless chicken; breast ha

About one hour before serving; Preheat oven to 350. In each of 4 cereal bowls, place butter; mixture of flour and seasoned salt; beaten egg and water; and bread crumbs and cheese.

Beginning with the butter, dip chicken breasts into each of 4 bowls consecutively, ending with crumb-cheese mixture. On rack in shallow baking dish, arrange breasts close together. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is tender when pierced with a fork. Remove from oven; turn heat to "broil", slip chicken under broiler for a few minutes to lightly brown crust.
