oven fried perch

½ cup Margarine
Perch, cod or haddock
  Fillets weighing a total of
1½  Lb
Well beaten egg
1 cup Fine bread crumbs
  Salt & pepper
  Lemon wedges (for garnish)

Melt margarine in baking dish in 325 oven. (Do not allow margarine to brown.) Dip fish in melted margarine, then in egg, then in crumbs, coating well; season with salt & pepper. Bake in 375 oven for 15-20 minutes. Garnish.
