⅔ cup | Bisquick baking mix |
1½ teaspoon | Paprika |
1¼ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
2½ pounds | Fryer; cut up, up to 3-1/2 lbs |
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Melt margarine in 13 x 9 inch pan in oven. Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Place skin sides down in pan (uncovered). Bake 35 minutes. Turn, bake about 15 minutes or until done. 6 servings.
