|3 tablespoons||Garlic; minced|
|1 bunch||Fresh; stemed rosemary|
|2 tablespoons||Dried thyme|
|1 cup||Balsamic vinegar|
|3 cups||Apple juice|
|½ cup||Olive oil blend|
Mix marinade well the place ostrich in overnight. (4 hours minimum) salt & pepper meat before grilling.
NOTES : Also great for lamb, poultry, pork.
