Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Cooked orzo; still warm |
½ cup | Water-packed artichoke hearts; chopped |
2 tablespoons | Lowfat Italian salad dressing; spicy with parmesan |
Combine while orzo is still warm. cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled, not cold.
Variations:
1. add finely chopped softened sun-dried tomatoes.
