Orzo and artichoke salad ala souplantation

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cooked orzo; still warm
½ cup Water-packed artichoke hearts; chopped
2 tablespoons Lowfat Italian salad dressing; spicy with parmesan

Combine while orzo is still warm. cover and refrigerate. Serve chilled, not cold.

Variations:

1. add finely chopped softened sun-dried tomatoes.
