Measure | Ingredient |

1 tablespoon | Sesame seed oil |
1 tablespoon | Extra virgin olive oil |
1 \N | Chopped Thai chili pepper |
2 tablespoons | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon | Chopped scallions |
2 tablespoons | Chopped red onions |
1 tablespoon | Oyster sauce |
½ tablespoon | Dark soy sauce |
Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
