| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 2 tablespoons | Mazola corn oil |
| 2½ pounds | Chicken; cut into serving pieces, (up to 3) |
| 2¼ cup | Water |
| 1 pack | Lipton Rice & Sauce Herb & Butter flavor |
| 1 pack | (6 oz) frozen snow peas; partially thawed |
| ½ cup | Cashews |
Season chicken to taste. In large skillet, heat oil and cook chicken until done; drain. Remove chicken to serving platter and keep warm. To skillet, add water and bring to a boil; stir in Lipton Rice & Sauce and snow peas.
Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in cashews. To serve, arrange chicken over rice. Makes about 4 servings.
These two both are very quick and easy and tasty. Rather fun to fool around with too, for a different taste.
