|1 bunch||Broccoli Rabe|
|1 pounds||Orecchiette Pasta|
|2||Cloves Fresh Garlic; Chopped|
|4 tablespoons||Bread Crumbs|
|¼ cup||Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
Cook broccoli rabe in two quarts of water. Bring to a boil. Pour in pasta and cook until pasta is al dente. Drain, pour into serving bowl and set aside.
In frying pan, saute garlic in olive oil. Add anchovies and bread crumbs.
Cook for two to three minutes. Pour mixture over pasta and rabe.
NOTES : *Little ear pasta with broccoli rabe or seasonal greens
