Orange-soy marinade for chicken or veal

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Soy sauce
¼ cup Orange juice
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Grated orange zest
½ teaspoon Grated lemon zest
1 medium Shallot -- minced
1 teaspoon Ginger
¼ teaspoon Ground cloves
\N dash Black pepper
4 \N Chicken breast halves with
\N \N Bone,sklin

Mix together ingredients and add chicken, cover and refrigerate. Turn regularly.

Grill meat as desired. Marinade can be reserved, brought to a boil in small saucepan and serve as light sauce for grilled meat. makes about ⅓ cup, enough for 4 servings.
