| Measure | Ingredient |

| 2 teaspoons | Tarragon leaves, crushed |
| ½ teaspoon | Grated orange peel |
| ½ teaspoon | Salt1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Place all ingredients in medium bowl; stir until combines. Chill. Serve with hot cooked corn on the cob or other steamed vegetables. Makes ½ cup.
