1 cup | Tahini |
2 \N | Cloves Garlic; Minced |
½ teaspoon | Ground Coriander |
1 dash | Black Pepper |
Combine orange juice, tahini and garlic in a food processor; puree. Pour into saucepan, stir in coriander and heat. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Variations: add 1 tbsp poppy seeds add 1 tbsp soy sauce add a dash of cayenne pepper
