| Measure | Ingredient |

| 2 packs | (3-oz) orange-flavored gelatin |
| 1 cup | Boiling water |
| 1 pint | Orange sherbet |
| 1 can | (8.25-oz) crushed pineapple |
| 1 cup | Miniature marshmallows |
| 1 can | (11-oz) Mandarin orange sections; drained |
| ½ pint | Whipping cream; whipped |
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange sherbet. When partially set, add other ingredients, folding in the whipped cream last. Chill until firm.
Yield: 12 servings.
