Orange sherbet salad #2

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs (3-oz) orange-flavored gelatin
1 cup Boiling water
1 pint Orange sherbet
1 can (8.25-oz) crushed pineapple
1 cup Miniature marshmallows
1 can (11-oz) Mandarin orange sections; drained
½ pint Whipping cream; whipped

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add orange sherbet. When partially set, add other ingredients, folding in the whipped cream last. Chill until firm.

Yield: 12 servings.
