Orange onion salad

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Orange Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
¾ cup Boiling water
1 tablespoon Vinegar
\N dash White pepper
½ cup Cold water
\N \N Ice cubes
2 \N Oranges, peeled, sectioned and drained (about 1 cup)
¼ cup Chopped celery
1 tablespoon (to 2 Tbs) chopped red onion

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add vinegar and pepper.

Combine cold water and enough ice cubes to measure 1¼ cups. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Add oranges, celery and onion. Spoon into individual dishes or medium serving bowl. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Makes 6 servings.
