| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| ¾ cup | Mayonnaise |
| 1 teaspoon | Grated orange rind |
| 1 | Egg white |
| ¼ cup | Orange juice |
| 1½ teaspoon | Confectioners sugar |
Mix all ingredients, except egg white. Set aside. Beat egg white to soft peaks. Fold into mayonnaise mixture. Makes 1 cup. Excellent for fruit salads.
