orange mandarin cake

| 1 | Box Duncan Hines Butter Cake mix |
| 4 | Eggs |
| 1 cup | Cooking oil |
| 1 can | Mandarin oranges |
| 1 can | (large) crushed pineapple |
| 1 carton | Cool whip |
| 1 | Box (large) instant vanilla pudding mix |
ICING
To the cake mix, add eggs, oil and oranges; mix thoroughly. Bake at 325 degrees until done, about 30 minutes. Makes 2 nine inch layers. Slice layers in half making 4 layers. To make icing: Mix all ingredients together well. Put between layers of the cake as a filling and on top of the cake.
