Measure | Ingredient |

1 pack | Sugar-free orange jello; (3 oz pkg.) |
1 can | (large) crushed pineapple; partially drained |
1 can | Mandarin oranges in water; drained |
8 ounces | Cottage cheese; lowfat, small curd |
4 ounces | Whipped topping; carton |
Mix jello, pineapple, mandarin oranges and cottage cheese. Fold in whipped topping. Refridgerate. Let stand for 24 hours.
