Orange - ginger halibut

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Halibut fillets; cut into 4 pieces
2 larges Orange; juiced
1 bunch Green onions; chopped
3 cups Oyster sauce
2 cups Dry sherry
2 cups Red wine vinegar
1 cup Plum sauce
1 cup Orange zest
1 cup Ginger root; grated
1 cup Sugar
¾ cup Toasted sesame seeds
¼ cup Cilantro; chopped

Make the marinate by blending all wet and dry ingredients together in a medium size bowl and whisk until blended. Place fish in bowl and marinate the Halibut in the marinade for about 1 hour. Brush hot grill with a little olive oil and broil fish on both sides until it flakes. Glaze with extra marinade and garnish with slice of orange and cilantro for color.
