|1 pack||(8-oz) cream cheese|
|1 tablespoon||Grated onion|
|1 tablespoon||Prepared mustard|
|Plain salted crackers|
Let cream cheese soften to room temperature. Add onion, mustard, and egg.
Whip thoroughly. Spread cheese mixture over crackers, being careful to completely cover each cracker. Place crackers on a cookie sheet. Toast under broiler for a few minutes or until cheese turns light brown. Serve warm. Yield: 1 cup.
