Onion cheese ball

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cheddar cheese -- 8 oz
\N \N Shredded
4 ounces Roquefort cheese
4 packs Cream cheese -- 3 oz ea.
\N \N Softened
3 tablespoons Dried minced onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Fresh parsley -- minced
\N \N Crackers

In a mixing bowl, beat cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce until well mixed. Shape into a ball and roll in parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers. Yield: 1 cheese ball (4 inches) Recipe By : Taste of Home
