Olive sauce

2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
2 tablespoons All-pourpose flour
1 cup Milk
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Sliced pimiento-stuffed
\N \N Green olives

1. Melt butter in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher in microwave oven (about 30 secones at High). Add flour and blend to a smooth paste.

Add milk gradually, stirring constantly.

2. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 minutes at High, or until thickened; stir vigorously after 2 minutes, then every 30 seconds.

Yield: About 1 cup.
