Measure | Ingredient |

1½ cup | Water |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
2 tablespoons | Oil |
3 tablespoons | Honey |
2 tablespoons | Powdered milk |
⅔ cup | Oatmeal |
¼ cup | Wheat germ |
4 cups | Bread flour |
Combine all ingredients into bread machine pan. Set for white bread.
I use the 2 hour bake setting.
This bread has a nice light brown color and a fine texture, one of our favorites.
