Oatmeal doughnut drop mix

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Flour
1 tablespoon Dry yeast
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 cup Flour
½ cup Quick rolled oats DOUGHNUTS:
1 pack Mix
1 cup Milk
2 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 \N Egg
8 cups Oil, heated to 360 Cinnamon sugar

Mix: Combine and store in an airtight container.

Oatmeal Doughnut Drops: Combine mix with milk, butter and egg. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Drop dough by tablespoonfuls into hot oil and cook until browned on all sides.
