Oat and cranberry muffins

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Unsifted all purpose flour
¾ cup Unsifted all purpose flour
1 cup Oatmeal (do not use quick or instant oatmeal)
½ cup Light brown sugar
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 cup Fresh or frozen cranberries
¼ cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 cup Milk
1 large Egg
\N \N Heat oven to 425. Grease 12 muffin cups.

In a bowl, combine dry ingredients and blend well. Toss the cranberries with 1 tbsp. of dry ingredients and set aside. Melt abutter. Remove from Heat: Stir in milk and egg Stir butter mixture into dry ingredients and, when well mixed, stir in cranberries. Spoon into muffin cups and bake until lightly browned++ 15 to 20 minutes.
