1 x | Small onion, ground |
½ x | Green pepper, ground |
1 x | Parsley, to taste |

1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 pinch | Sage |
1 x | Bread crumbs |
Put nuts, seeds, carrots,celery, onion, pepper and parsley in a food grinder or blender with enough liquid(a tomato or ½ c broth) and grind; then add egg, salt, and sage. Blend. If they are too dry, add more broth or tomato pulp. If too moist, add bread crumbs. Shape into patties and broil until browned on each side.
