Nutty burgers

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Nuts, ground fine
½ cup Sunflower seeds, ground fine
½ cup Grated carrots
1 x Celery stalk, ground
1 x Small onion, ground
½ x Green pepper, ground
1 x Parsley, to taste
2 xes Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
1 pinch Sage
1 x Bread crumbs

Put nuts, seeds, carrots,celery, onion, pepper and parsley in a food grinder or blender with enough liquid(a tomato or ½ c broth) and grind; then add egg, salt, and sage. Blend. If they are too dry, add more broth or tomato pulp. If too moist, add bread crumbs. Shape into patties and broil until browned on each side.
