nut icing

1 Cake icing
MeasureIngredient
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 cup Water/soy milk
1 cup Pecans
1 cup Shredded coconut
1½ cup White sugar

Place all ingredients in a pot. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour over hot cake.
