nut icing
| Measure | Ingredient |
|---|---|
| 2 tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
| 1 cup | Water/soy milk |
| 1 cup | Pecans |
| 1 cup | Shredded coconut |
| 1½ cup | White sugar |
Place all ingredients in a pot. Boil for 5 minutes. Pour over hot cake.
