|1 cup||Sifted potato starch; ( very important to sift )|
|1 cup||Ground nuts; ( either walnuts or hazelnuts are good )|
Beat eggs and sugar until light in color and thick in texture. Fold in nuts and potato starch. Combine remaining ingredients Pour in lightly oiled 13x 9 baking pan and bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
