no-fuss chocolate cake (non-gebrokts)

1 Servings
1½ cup Sugar
½  Cocoa
1 cup Sifted potato starch; ( very important to sift )
1 cup Ground nuts; ( either walnuts or hazelnuts are good )
½ cup Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Beat eggs and sugar until light in color and thick in texture. Fold in nuts and potato starch. Combine remaining ingredients Pour in lightly oiled 13x 9 baking pan and bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
