5 \N | Eggs |
½ \N | Cocoa |
1 cup | Sifted potato starch; ( very important to sift ) |
1 cup | Ground nuts; ( either walnuts or hazelnuts are good ) |
½ cup | Oil |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
Beat eggs and sugar until light in color and thick in texture. Fold in nuts and potato starch. Combine remaining ingredients Pour in lightly oiled 13x 9 baking pan and bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
