CHOCOLATE CREAM
Beth Torah Sisterhood Cookbook, Richardson, Texas Mix the margerine with the egg yolk, sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Soak 1 matzo, spread with Chocolate Cream and continue with the rest of the matzos. Top this with the melted chocolate. Chill. Cut in small slices. May be topped with whipped cream, nuts or cherries, but great plain.
Have fun with this. The kids like to help, since there is no baking and kids of any age can help spread the Chocolate Cream. Even my three old helped last year. Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest V97 #086 by Simons <icsimons@...> on Mar 14, 1997
