2 tablespoons | Cream cheese |
2 tablespoons | Yoghurt or eshel |
1 pack | Vanilla sugar; (10 g) |

Mix egg and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Drop spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry quickly, drain and roll in icing sugar.
