No yeast mini doughnuts

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Egg
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup Self-rising flour
2 tablespoons Cream cheese
2 tablespoons Yoghurt or eshel
1 pack Vanilla sugar; (10 g)
\N \N Grated lemon rind

Mix egg and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and beat well. Drop spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry quickly, drain and roll in icing sugar.
