1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 \N Sm Onion, coarsely chopped
2 cups No-salt tomato sauce
½ cup Light molasses
¼ cup Cider vinegar
¼ cup Dijon mustard
1½ teaspoon Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Liquid smoke
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon Tabasco
3 pinches Allspice

Heat oil is a heavy medium skillet over med-high heat. Add onion and cook until translucent, stirring occasionally. This should take about 8 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer until thickened, about 15 minutes. Stir frequently. Makes 3 cups.
