|6 eaches||Pork chops, lean 3/4 inch|
|2 tablespoons||Melted fat|
|1 can||Chicken rice soup, condensed|
Spread pork chops with thin coating of mustard.
Combine flour, salt and pepper in paper bag; shake chops in bag to coat with flour then brown in fat in heavy skillet.
Place chops in baking dish; cover with soup. Cover and bake in 350 F. oven 40 minutes. A relish tray of pickle and carrot sticks and a dessert of sherbet would complete the meal.
