Newfoundland french toast

1 \N Egg
1 cup Milk
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Molasses
8 slices Dry bread

Dip the bread slices into the mixture, coating both sides. Pan fry the bread slices in butter until golden brown on both sides.
