Nancy clark's milanese dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh basil; or 1 tsp dried
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Cayenne

Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve over Mesclun mix.

Betsy's Notes: I added ¼ tsp of sugar and a few sprinkles of garlic powder.
