| Measure | Ingredient |

| 7½ ounce | Taco Flavored Tortilla Chips |
| 1½ cup | Green Pepper; Minced |
| 1½ cup | Tomatoes; Chopped |
| 1½ cup | Mushrooms; Minced |
| ¾ cup | Celery; Minced |
| ¾ cup | Onion; Minced |
| 2 cups | Mild Cheddar Cheese; Grated |
Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
1. Coat cookie sheet with nonstick baking spray.
2. Place layer of chips on cookie sheet; add layers of pepper, tomatoes, and mushrooms.
3. mix celery and onion together and sprinkle over other ingredients.
4. Cover with cheese.
5. Place under broiler 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve hot.
