Mustard, wine marinated game chops

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Caribou or Deer chops
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Stone ground mustard
1 cup Red wine

Rub chops with mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with wine and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Broil or charcoal grill to medium rare basting with the marinade.
