Musso and frank flannel cakes

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
6 \N Eggs
2 cups Milk
1 tablespoon Oil
\N \N Salt
½ cup All-purpose flour
½ cup Pastry flour
¼ teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Sugar

Beat eggs, milk, oil and pinch of salt in bowl. Add all-purpose flour and pastry flour and mix well. Add vanilla and sugar and mix well. Pour ⅓ cup batter per cake onto greased skillet and cook over medium heat until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Turn and cook until golden brown on other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Yields 10 to 12 cakes.
