3 ounces | Packages Cream Cheese |

7 ounces | Can Evaporated Milk |
3 cups | Cooked Rice |
¼ cup | Chopped Parsley |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
Saute' mushrooms and onions in margarine. Beat together eggs and cream cheese. Stir in milk. Stir in cooked rice, parsley and salt.
Add mushroom mixture. Bake in 10 x 6 baking dish. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven 40-45 minutes.
