Mushrooms and garlic in yogurt

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Button Mushrooms
½ ounce Sunflower Margarine
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper
3 \N Cloves Garlic, Crushed
1 pinch Freshly Grated Nutmeg
1 tablespoon Fresh chopped Parsley
4 tablespoons Fat-free Plain Yogurt

Wipe the mushrooms clean with kitchen paper. Trim the stalks if necessary.

Heat the margarine in a large frying pan. Add the mushrooms and cook gently for two to three minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the salt and pepper, garlic, nutmeg, and parsley, and continue to cook for two to three minutes longer shaking the pan so that nothing sticks.
